Reporting a mistake

Send us the page address and what looks wrong. If you can, tell us where the correct figure comes from. We check every report and update the page when it is confirmed.

What we can and cannot help with

• We can explain how our guides, calculators and comparisons work. For sizing, the BTU calculator is the quickest route.
• We cannot recommend a specific product for your home, diagnose a fault or handle a warranty claim. For those, contact the manufacturer or the shop you bought from.
• We do not sell anything, so we cannot help with orders or deliveries.
